About

B. Richardson and Associates has been operating under the professional direction of Dr. Beverley Richardson for more than 20 years. Dr. Richardson has had 40 years experience in the health and community services industry, with the last 20 years being focused specifically on quality management systems, standards development and monitoring, and performance improvement in her specialty fields of aged care, disability, Indigenous health and culturally diverse communities. As a committed primary health care practitioner, her community development focus is on building capacity through organisational learning, and development of sound systems for quality planning, monitoring and improvement, to improve performance. Her approach in designing quality management systems is directed towards evidence-based practices that support client-focused service delivery.
